Carefully remove the skins from each garlic clove.

Add the Honey:
Slowly pour the raw honey over the garlic and cloves, ensuring everything is fully submerged.
Stir & Seal:
Use a clean spoon or chopstick to remove any air bubbles. Seal the jar tightly with the lid.
Infuse:
Let the jar sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 days. Gently invert the jar once a day to keep the mixture evenly infused.
