Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake & Banana Pudding Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix crushed wafers/graham crackers with melted butter and sugar.

Press firmly into the bottom of a foil pan or springform pan.

Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Base:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set.

Cool completely before layering.

3️⃣ Assemble the Layers:
Strawberry Side:
Sprinkle crushed Golden Oreos over half of the cheesecake, then drizzle with strawberry glaze and scatter chopped strawberries.

Banana Side:
Spread a generous layer of banana pudding over the other half and top with banana slices.
