Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, sear the steaks for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Once cooked, remove the steaks from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
Make the Creamy Cajun Shrimp Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping them halfway, until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning. Stir the mixture together and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Assemble and Serve:
Plate the steaks on individual dishes.
Spoon the creamy Cajun shrimp sauce generously over the steaks.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for added color and freshness.
