Shrimp Fried Rice

Cook the Shrimp: Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Move the shrimp to one side of the pan.

Scramble the Eggs: In the empty side of the pan, pour the beaten eggs. Scramble them until fully cooked.

Add the Vegetables and Rice: Stir in the mixed vegetables and the cooked rice, mixing everything together with the shrimp and eggs.

Season: Drizzle the soy sauce over the mixture, stirring everything to ensure it's well-coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Finish with Green Onions: Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the fried rice just before serving.
