Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, yeast, rosemary, and minced garlic.

Add Water: Gradually stir in the warm water until a sticky dough forms. The dough should be moist but not too runny.

Rest the Dough: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rest at room temperature for 12–18 hours. This allows the dough to develop its flavors.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven or a heavy lidded pot inside the oven to heat for 30 minutes.

Shape the Dough: Once the dough has rested, turn it out onto a floured surface. Gently shape it into a ball without overworking it.

Transfer to Dutch Oven: Place a piece of parchment paper under the shaped dough and carefully transfer it to the hot Dutch oven.

Bake the Bread: Cover the pot and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the lid and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and has a crispy crust.

Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with butter or your favorite spread.
