1️⃣ Cook the Lentils:
In a small pot, combine the rinsed lentils with 1 glass (200 ml) of water. Cook over medium heat until the lentils are soft and have absorbed the water, about 10–12 minutes. Let them cool slightly.
2️⃣ Blend the Mixture:
Transfer the cooked lentils to a blender or food processor. Add 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt and 1 glass (200 ml) of water. Blend until you get a smooth, pourable batter.
3️⃣ Add Baking Powder:
Pour the lentil batter into a bowl and stir in 1 teaspoon of baking powder until fully combined.
4️⃣ Cook the Flatbreads:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease if needed. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan and spread it out gently to form a circle. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
