No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie with Pretzel Crust

Crush the pretzels into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing them in a zip-top bag and rolling over with a rolling pin.

In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels with melted butter and brown sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15–20 minutes while you make the filling.

2️⃣ Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar together until smooth and fluffy.

Add the peanut butter and continue beating until fully combined.

Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and creamy.

3️⃣ Assemble the Pie:
Spoon the peanut butter filling into the chilled pretzel crust.

Smooth the top with a spatula.

4️⃣ Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until the filling is firm and set.

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
Before serving, drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with extra crushed pretzels, or dollop with whipped cream for extra indulgence!
