Fresh and Zesty Pasta Salad with Homemade Dressing

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Prepare the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, black olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.

Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
