In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, chipotle chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken and toss until fully coated.

Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for deeper flavor).

2. Grill the Chicken:
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Grill the marinated chicken for about 5–7 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until fully cooked and juicy.

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice or chop into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix together ranch dressing, blended chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to secure all the delicious fillings inside.
