Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.

Stir in the shredded cheese until it’s evenly distributed through the dry ingredients.

Gradually add the water while stirring until a sticky dough forms. You may not need the entire cup.

Shape the dough into a round loaf with your hands and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Use a sharp knife to score an "X" on top of the dough to help it bake evenly.
