Cozy Harvest Apple Cinnamon Cake

Preheat and Prepare: Set your oven to 180°C (360°F). Grease and flour a baking pan to prevent sticking.

Chop the Apples: Dice the apples into small, even pieces. Set aside.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and cane sugar together until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, milk, seed oil, and lemon zest.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Gradually sift in the flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

Add Apples: Fold the diced apples evenly into the batter.

Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
