Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken Bites:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and sun-dried tomatoes, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Finish the Sauce:
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine:
Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
Return the chicken bites to the skillet and stir everything together until well combined.

Serve:
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
