In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add buttermilk and stir until just combined.
Gently knead dough 3-4 times on a floured surface.
Roll into a 12-inch circle and transfer to pan.
Prick all over with a fork and bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned (about 5–7 minutes).
Sprinkle flour over sausage, stir, and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Season with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and honey.
Simmer until thickened (about 3–5 minutes). Salt to taste.
3️⃣ Prepare the Eggs:
In a bowl, season beaten eggs with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
Add eggs and cook gently until just set but still soft (about 2–3 minutes).
4️⃣ Assemble the Pizza:
Spread sausage gravy over biscuit crust.
Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
Add dollops of soft scrambled eggs.
Return to oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes, until cheese melts and bubbles.
5️⃣ Garnish and Serve:
Drizzle with a touch of honey.
