Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs: The Ultimate Party Snack

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain any excess grease and season with salt and pepper.

Flatten each biscuit into a thin round using your hands or a rolling pin.

Place a small cube of cheddar cheese and a spoonful of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit round.

Bring the edges of the biscuit up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal into a ball.

Arrange the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

While they bake, stir together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Serve the Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs warm with the sauce on the side for dipping.
