Prepare the Aloe Vera Leaf: Start by cutting the leaf from an Aloe Vera plant. Rinse it thoroughly to remove any dirt.
Extract the Gel: Slice off the spiky edges of the leaf, then carefully peel back the skin to reveal the gel inside. Scoop out the gel and discard any remaining skin.
Blend the Gel: Add the Aloe Vera gel into a blender. Pour in the water and blend until smooth. You can adjust the amount of water depending on how thick you prefer your Aloe Vera water.
