Zesty Homemade Ginger Juice (No Sugar Needed!)

Peel the skin using a spoon or small knife.

Finely grate or chop the ginger.

2. Choose a Method:
Option 1 – Blender Method:

Add grated/chopped ginger and 2 cups of water to a blender.

Blend well until smooth.

Option 2 – Boil Method:

Add chopped ginger to 2 cups of water in a pot.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Let cool slightly.

3. Strain:
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a jar or bottle to remove the pulp.

4. Add Optional Flavors:
Stir in lemon juice for brightness.

Add mint, cinnamon, or turmeric if desired.
