Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Melt Butter: Pour the melted butter into a 9x9-inch or similar baking dish.
Make the Batter: In a mixing bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
Assemble the Cobbler: Pour the batter over the melted butter—don’t stir. Scatter the peach slices evenly over the top of the batter.
Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 40–45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
