Crush & Heat: Finely mince or crush the garlic and onion together. Place them in a small pan or heat-safe bowl. If using, add 1 tsp olive oil.
Warm Gently: Heat the mixture over very low heat or set the bowl in warm water. Do not boil—just warm gently to release the juice and activate compounds.
Strain the Juice: Use cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer to extract the liquid. Let it cool to just above body temperature.
Apply: Use a clean dropper to place 1–2 drops of the strained liquid into the affected ear, or dip a cotton ball in the juice and place it just inside the ear canal (not deep). Leave it for 10–15 minutes.
Repeat: Do this once daily for a few days, but always monitor for irritation or discomfort.
