Restaurant-Style Chicken Breast Rolls: A Delicious Recipe!

Cut the chicken fillets in half horizontally to create thinner pieces.

Season each piece with salt, pepper, and dried garlic. Let them marinate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to soak in.

Prepare the Filling:

While the chicken is marinating, chop the tomato and parsley.

Mix the diced tomato with the chopped parsley and grated cheese in a bowl. This will be the filling for the chicken rolls.

Assemble the Rolls:

Once the chicken is marinated, spoon the tomato, cheese, and parsley mixture onto the center of each chicken piece.

Carefully roll up the chicken around the filling, securing it with toothpicks or kitchen twine.

Cook the Chicken Rolls:

Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the chicken rolls in the skillet, seam side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).

Serve:

Once cooked, remove the toothpicks or kitchen twine.

Garnish with additional fresh parsley and serve hot.
