In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Gradually pour in the warm water while stirring until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5–7 minutes until it becomes soft and smooth. If it feels sticky, dust lightly with more flour.
2. Rest the Dough
Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rest for 15–20 minutes at room temperature.
3. Shape and Flatten
Divide the dough into 6–8 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten into a disc using a rolling pin or your hands (about 1/4 inch thick).
4. Cook the Bread
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place a disc onto the hot skillet and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden spots appear and the bread is cooked through.
Brush each hot flatbread with melted butter while still warm.
