Quick and Easy Yogurt and Milk Dough (No Kneading!)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, yogurt, milk, and egg.

Stir everything together using a spoon or spatula until you have a smooth dough. There's no need to knead it, just mix until it forms a soft, slightly sticky dough.

Shape the Dough:

Once the dough is ready, divide it into small portions and shape them into your desired form. You can roll it out lightly to make flatbread, or keep them as small balls or discs for quick frying or baking.

Cook the Dough:

If frying, heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop the dough portions into the pan and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Alternatively, you can bake them in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes or until golden and puffed up.

Serve:

Serve hot as a side dish with your favorite meal, or enjoy them on their own as a snack.
