Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, baby kale, diced onion, and halved tomatoes.

Sauté Garlic: In a skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Add the garlic to the vegetable mixture.
