One-Minute Cheesy Skillet Bread (Soft, Savory, and So Quick!)

Prepare the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until it forms a soft dough. Fold in the shredded cheese.

Heat the Skillet:
Lightly grease a non-stick or cast-iron skillet with butter or oil. Preheat over medium heat.

Form and Cook the Bread:
Shape the dough into a rough circle or pat it directly into the hot skillet. Flatten slightly with a spatula or your hand. Cook uncovered for 2–3 minutes.

Flip and Finish:
Flip the bread carefully, lower the heat slightly, and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve:
Brush the top with a bit of melted butter and sprinkle with parsley or green onions if desired. Slice and serve warm.
