Nutella & Walnut Biscuit Cake with Dark Chocolate Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

For the Biscuit Cake:

250 g (8.8 oz) biscuits (such as digestive biscuits or graham crackers)

100 g (3.5 oz) walnuts, chopped

100 g (3.5 oz) sugar

For the Dark Chocolate Whipped Cream:

200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate, chopped

250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream

2 tablespoons sugar (optional, depending on desired sweetness)

How to Make:

Prepare the Biscuit Cake:

Break the biscuits into small pieces and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the chopped walnuts and sugar.

Add the broken biscuits to the walnut-sugar mixture and mix thoroughly.

Make the Nutella Mixture:

Melt Nutella in a double boiler or microwave until it becomes slightly runny.

Pour the melted Nutella over the biscuit mixture and stir to coat all the pieces evenly.

Assemble the Cake:
