In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until smooth. Add a pinch of salt, yogurt, and vegetable oil, and mix until fully combined.
Gradually sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl, stirring until the batter is smooth.
Gently fold the raisins into the batter, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of oil or butter.
Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly. Cover with a lid and cook on low to medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, checking occasionally.
Once the bottom is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, flip the pie carefully to cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving.
