In a large saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat until it’s hot but not boiling.
Add Semolina:
Gradually stir in the semolina, whisking continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Keep stirring as it thickens.
Sweeten and Flavor:
Once the semolina mixture starts to thicken, add the sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Cook and Stir:
Continue cooking the mixture on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the semolina is fully cooked and the cream has thickened to your desired consistency.
