Fried Artichoke in Pasta

If using marinated artichokes, drain and pat them dry with a paper towel. If using fresh artichokes, clean and cut them into thin slices.

Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Coat each artichoke piece lightly in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Fry the Artichokes:

Heat about 1/2 inch of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the artichoke pieces in batches, frying them until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
