Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for 2–3 minutes.
Prep the Ramekins: Lightly spray 2 ramekins with cooking spray or brush with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
Add Water & Crack Eggs: Pour 2 tablespoons of water into each ramekin. Crack an egg into each one, making sure the yolk stays intact.
Air Fry: Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket carefully. Cook for 5–6 minutes for soft-poached eggs, or 7–8 minutes if you prefer a firmer yolk.
Serve: Use a spoon to gently lift the egg out. Season with salt, pepper, or your favorite herbs and serve immediately.
