Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice

1/4 cup white sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Combine orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water in a saucepan.

In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water and add it to the saucepan.

Stir in garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.

Bring to a simmer, cooking for 2-3 minutes until thickened.

Cool and store in the fridge.
