Ingredients:
1 zucchini

1 teaspoon salt

2-3 potatoes

1/4 teaspoon Provencal herbs

1/2 teaspoon red pepper

400 grams (0.88 lb) minced meat

1 egg

1 carrot

Vegetable oil

1-2 onions

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

150 milliliters (3/4 cups) milk

5-6 champignons (mushrooms)
