Zesty Homemade Greek Vinaigrette

Add all ingredients to a mason jar or any jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Seal the jar and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the vinaigrette emulsifies and all the ingredients are well combined.

Taste the vinaigrette and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to suit your preferences.

Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 10 days. If the oil solidifies when chilled, allow the jar to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before shaking again.
