Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Roll out the pizza dough into a large circle or rectangle, depending on your pan. Place it on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the surface lightly with olive oil.
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Assemble the Pizza:
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add the Toppings:
Evenly distribute the cooked beef over the cheese. Scatter the bacon pieces across the top, then add the remaining mozzarella and the shredded cheddar. Add red onion slices if using. Lightly sprinkle sesame seeds over the crust edges if desired for a "burger bun" feel.
Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Let the pizza cool for a few minutes. Add dill pickle slices if you like that classic cheeseburger touch. Slice and enjoy!
