Savory Oatmeal and Cheese Pancakes: A Healthy Twist on Breakfast

In a blender or mixing bowl, combine oatmeal, eggs, and milk. Blend or stir until you get a thick, smooth batter.

Add Flavor:
Mix in chopped parsley, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and baking powder if using. Stir well to combine.

Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or butter.
Pour in small rounds of batter and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Repeat and Serve:
