Savory Cumin Cheese Buns with Egg Whites and Curd

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, mash or blend the curd until smooth. Add egg whites and mix until combined.

Add dry ingredients: Stir in the flour (adjusting for curd moisture), cumin, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.

Shape the buns: With damp hands, shape into small buns and place on the tray.

Top and bake: Sprinkle with sesame seeds or extra cumin if desired. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm to the touch.

Cool slightly before serving.
