Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and chop the beets, carrots, cucumber, and apple into small pieces. If using ginger, peel and slice it.
Juicing: Add all the ingredients to a juicer and extract the juice. If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend the ingredients with a little water and strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Add Lemon: Once the juice is ready, add a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice for an extra burst of vitamin C and flavor.
Serve: Pour the juice into a glass and stir gently.
