Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, honey (or maple syrup), yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract.
Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Stir in the chopped dark chocolate.
