Pinch of salt
Fruits and Nuts:
2 apples (300 g / 10.5 oz)
1 pear (150 g / 5.3 oz)
1 banana (120 g / 4.2 oz)
50 g dried cranberries (1.8 oz)
50 g raisins (1.8 oz)
50 g walnuts (1.8 oz)
Liquid Part:
2 eggs (or 2 tbsp flaxseed flour + 6 tbsp water for the vegan version)
½ cup pumpkin puree (120 g / 4.2 oz)
