Garlic Parmesan Knots with Marinara Dip

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Dough:
On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/2-inch thick. Cut the dough into 12 equal strips.

Shape the Knots:
Tie each strip into a knot, tucking the ends underneath. Place knots on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with Garlic Butter:
Mix the melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the knots generously with the garlic butter.

Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

Add Parmesan:
As soon as they come out of the oven, sprinkle the warm knots with freshly grated Parmesan and parsley, if using.
