Detox Chicken Soup

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken chunks with salt and pepper.

Sauté the Vegetables: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables start to soften.

Cook the Chicken: Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil to the pot. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is browned on all sides.

Add Garlic and Spices: Add the minced garlic, dried thyme, and turmeric (if using) to the pot. Stir for about 1 minute, allowing the spices to become fragrant.
