Ingredients:
1 clove of raw garlic (chopped or crushed)
1 teaspoon of raw honey
Instructions:
Let the chopped garlic sit for 10 minutes to activate its allicin.
Mix it with honey and swallow it on an empty stomach.
Follow with a glass of warm water if needed.
