In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and milk powder until smooth.
Gradually add the milk and condensed milk, stirring continuously.
Melt the white chocolate and mix it into the milk mixture.
Whip the Cream:
In a separate chilled bowl, whip the cold cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture until fully combined.
Freeze:
Pour the ice cream mixture into a container. Cover and freeze for 4–6 hours or until firm.
Prepare the Chocolate Coating (Optional):
Melt the chocolate with the vegetable oil. Stir in the chopped peanuts.
Once the ice cream is set, scoop into balls and dip or drizzle with the chocolate mixture. Let it set for a few seconds.
