In a bowl, combine the warm water with sugar and yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, or until the mixture starts to bubble and foam. This shows that the yeast is activated.

Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Mix them together until evenly distributed.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Once the yeast mixture is ready, pour it into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Add the olive oil as well. Stir everything together until you have a sticky dough.

Rest the Dough:
Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Shape the Dough:
After the dough has risen, lightly flour your work surface and gently shape the dough into a loaf or a round shape, depending on your preference. There’s no need to knead it.

Bake the Bread:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Cool and Serve:
Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool on a rack. Once cooled, slice and serve with your favorite spreads or enjoy it fresh!
