This Korean-inspired pork meatloaf is packed with flavors, thanks to a perfect blend of garlic, Italian herbs, and the rich savoriness of minced pork. Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf:

1.5 kg minced pork

30 g salt

1 tsp pepper mixture (a blend of black pepper, white pepper, and cayenne)

1 tsp dry garlic powder

1 tsp Italian herb mixture (dried oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary)

1 onion, grated and excess juice strained out

For the Glaze (Optional):

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey or brown sugar

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
