1 cup (120g) chickpea flour (besan/gram flour)

1 cup (240ml) water or unsweetened plant-based milk

2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional, for cheesy flavor)

2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (e.g., chives, parsley, dill, cilantro)

1 tbsp olive oil or melted vegan butter

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp black pepper
