Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.

Cook the Steak Bites:

While the potatoes are baking, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Add the steak to the skillet in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd. Cook the steak bites for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Once the steak bites are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and golden brown.

Stir in the fresh parsley and lemon juice (if using), then remove the skillet from the heat.

Combine Everything:

Once the potatoes are done, add them to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce.

Add the steak bites back into the skillet and toss everything together, ensuring that the potatoes and steak are well coated in the garlic butter.

Serve:

Garnish the dish with additional fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy the rich, savory flavors of the steak bites and crispy potatoes in garlic butter.
