Delicious Italian Banana Dessert

Prepare the Banana Mixture:

In a pan, melt 25 g of butter over medium heat.

Add 70 g of sugar and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.

Mash the bananas and add them to the pan, stirring well to combine with the butter and sugar.

Let it cook for about 2 minutes until the bananas soften and the mixture becomes smooth.

Prepare the Milk Mixture:

In a separate saucepan, heat 700 ml of milk and 150 g of sugar over medium heat. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely and the milk warms up.
