Crazy-Good Cabbage and Egg Skillet: A Family Recipe Worth Passing Down

Prep the Cabbage: Remove outer leaves and core, then slice the cabbage thinly.

Sauté the Cabbage: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Sauté for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and lightly browned.

Add the Eggs: Make 3 small wells in the sautéed cabbage. Crack one egg into each well. Cover the pan with a lid and let cook for 4–6 minutes, or until the whites are set and yolks are done to your liking.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and serve warm.
