5-Minute Face Lift Routine
1. Warm-Up: Neck Rolls (30 seconds)
Sit upright with your shoulders relaxed. Gently lower your chin to your chest and begin rolling your head slowly in a circular motion — side, back, and around. Switch directions after a few rolls. This releases tension in the neck and jaw.

2. Cheek Lifter (1 minute)
Smile without showing your teeth. Place your fingers lightly on the tops of your cheeks and gently lift upward while holding the smile. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10 times to strengthen cheek muscles and promote lift.

3. The Forehead Smoother (1 minute)
Place both hands on your forehead with fingers spread. Gently press and sweep outward toward your temples, as though you’re smoothing away worry. Repeat 10–15 times to reduce tension and minimize forehead lines.

4. Jawline Definer (1 minute)
