For the Sweet and Spicy Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp grated ginger (optional)
1 garlic clove, minced
