Golden Quick-Bake Bread in 20 Minutes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and optional sugar.

Add Wet Ingredients
Pour in melted butter and milk (or water). Mix until a slightly sticky dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.

Shape and Score

Bake
